Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Cuando se convocó este concurso no se utilizaba este material, ya que se creó el código genérico actual, que realinea el originalmente convocado, el 20 de mayo de 2021. La ampliación se realiza por una estimación del consumo pendiente desde este momento hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2022, basada en los registros de nuestra base de datos correspondientes a los últimos meses. Dado que los suministros realizados hasta la fecha de este informe llegaron al importe de las cantidades previstas el 6 de septiembre de 2021, mucho antes del cumplimiento del plazo de finalización del presente contrato, esta Dirección de Gestión se ve obligada a ampliar de nuevo la cuantía del suministro, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 205 de la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público.
