Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Adicionar un Canon Image Runner Advance C5540i para el Palacio de Congresos: con incremento cuota mensual de 125,15 EUR, más IVA, y un Canon Image Runner Advance C3530i, para el Departamento de Contratación, con un aumento de 105,23 EUR mensual, más IVA, por estar previsto en los pliegos, y en la obsolescencia de las máquinas, por la conveniencia de integrar en la red municipal las máquinas o herramientas que utilizan las distintas delegaciones y entidades municipales, con el fin de optimizar su comunicación, tanto desde un punto de vista funcional y tecnológico, favoreciendo esta centralización el control más adecuado del sistema, la obtención de un mayor rendimiento y la eficiencia en el gasto.
