Desde la DGTIC se ha iniciado un proceso de estandarización y centralización en la gestión de servicios TIC. El objetivo de ese proceso es la implantación de un nuevo modelo de gestión de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones en la Generalitat, denominado Gobierno TI, para proporcionar soluciones que mejoren la eficiencia técnica y económica de los servicios TIC, en definitiva, que aseguren la calidad de los servicios TIC que presta la DGTIC a toda la organización.
