The Geological Survey of NSW is issuing this Request for Tender to procure cementing services for exploration activities in Stage 2 of the NSW CO2 Storage Assessment Program. Suppliers are invited to submit a tender for the provision of all equipment (e.g. cementing unit and accessories), materials (e.g. cement) and personnel for the provision of cementing services to support of the drilling of three exploration wells.

This procurement is a procurement to which the Enforceable Procurement Provisions Direction 2019 (NSW) applies.

• A government agency may conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding the procurement

Suppliers must:

1. comply with the Enforceable Procurement Provisions Direction 2019 (NSW);

2. be a registered entity with an Australian Business Number (ABN);

3. hold and maintain all specified insurances from the project commencement date and for 12 months past the project completion date; and

4. comply with the Suppliers Code of Conduct (available on the BuyNSW online portal.
