The objective of the OSCE PCU project is preventing and combatting illicit trafficking in weapons, ammunition and explosives. To envisage strengthening technical capacity of Ukraine by provision specialized equipment for WAE detection, the successful bidder should supply 33 (thirty-three) digital endoscopes and 6 (six) metal detectors.
