Description of General Requirements: The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) has a requirement for the Supply and Delivery of Simultaneous Conference Interpretation System to UNMISS, South Sudan Conditions: 1. Interested companies are invited to submit their Expression Of Interest (EOI) by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information: i. United Nations Global Market (UNGM) Registration Number. (Mandatory – see no. iii, below) ii. Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.); iii. Vendors are advised to upgrade their UNGM registration to a minumum of UNGM Level 1 for the provision of the required items (UNSPSC Code no. 45111402-Interpretaion Equipment Satellite). 2. If not registered with the UNGM, interested companies can access the registration website: www.ungm.org for registration and other necessary information. The registration for the services required is FREE and MANDATORY for responding to this REOI. Companies not meeting the above conditions will not be invited for competitive bidding.). Important Notice: 3. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 4. UNMISS also reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to companies who were identified through additional market research or other means to source the UN requirements. 5.
