1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Supplier in the supply of Diesel Generator and related services as supplier shall be 3 (three) years.

2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Diesel Generator of at least 1 (one) no. contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 58.00 lac. (fifty eight lac) in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous and private organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.

3. The minimum supply of Goods are: at least 100 nos. only for manufacturer company.

4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Supplier shall be Tk. 62.00 lac (sixty two). The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related goods. Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.

5. The supplier must posses/submit
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate(2016-2017)
ii) Up-to-date trade licens

iii) Up-to-date VAT resistration
iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB .

v) Manufacturer authorization letter.(e-PG3-5).

vi) Attested copy of documents mentioned in Sl. No. i, ii , iii, iv and original copy of Sl.No. v to be submitted.
