The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation Office in Ethiopia, invites qualified service providers or individual property owners to make a firm offer for the  Implementation of four Infrastructure Components on a Building for UNHCR Branch office in Addis Ababa (referred to hereinafter as goods and services) for UNHCR Operation in Ethiopia. The tender is divided into the following lots:

LOT1: Structured LAN Cable and UPS Cable Supply and Installation Service

LOT2: Access Control and Time Attendance Supply and Installation Service

LOT3: Fire Alarm System Supply and Installation Service

LOT4: Security Camera System Supply and Installation Service

Instructions for Lots:

Bidders may submit a tender for one lot only/ one lot, several or all of the lots.

If the bidder is awarded more than one lot, a single contract may be concluded covering all those lots.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS:
The offer must bear your official letter head, clearly identifying your company name and the RFP reference
number: RFP/HCR/AA/2021/002. Bids must be submitted to the following link

i) In PDF Format, with a subject title reading: RFP/HCR/AA/2021/002
ii) Attachment(s) including the completed, signed and stamped Technical Offer
iii) Attachment(s) including the completed, signed and stamped Financial Offer Form
The Proposal must be submitted ONLY through the UNHCR e-Tendering following the
guidelines as per Annex -E
IMPORTANT: Guidance on how to access/register and use UNHCR e-Tendering platform is attached to this tender document as Annex E.
IMPORTANT: Bids that are otherwise submitted, addressed and/or copied or sent to other addresses
or individuals will be marked invalid and not considered for evaluation. Incomplete bids that do not
comply with our Request for Proposal – RFP/HCR/AA/2021/002 will not be considered.
