The latest power failure conditions, transportation hurdles in addition to social distress, it is nearly impossible for any community member to be able to address his needs in terms of education, business, or even basic social remote connection. Therefore, the necessity of addressing this need is top priority. The proposed project doesn’t consist only of equipment; it reflects an imminent need considering latest socio-economic developments and challenges. The concept is based on equipping and inaugurating a Green public business center/library to accommodate exponentially arising need. For that, municipality requests thru UN-Habitat a list of IT equipment as an essential and fundamental asset for the well-functioning of the business center concept.
