SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE Country: RWANDA Name of Project: Quality Basic education for Human Capital Development Project Credit    No:  6475-RW Contract Title: Supply of ICT-Equipment Reference     No: RW-REB-219178-GO-RFB The government of Rwanda has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Quality Basic Education for Human Capital development in Rwanda, and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for Supply of ICT-Equipment Rwanda Basic Education Board (REB) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of ICT-Equipment.  The tender is made of the following lots:   Lot N° Lot Name 1 Supply of ICT equipment for TTCs 2 Supply of ICT equipment for Model schools 3 Supply of ICT equipment for Pre-primary schools in Kigali city, Southern and Northern provinces; 4 Supply of ICT equipment to Pre-primary schools in Eastern and Western Provinces; 3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” of ”,November 2020 (“Procurement Regulation”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation. 4.
