Specific Procurement Notice   Request for Bids Goods (One-Envelope Bidding Process)     Country:   Iraq Name of Project: Emergency Operation for Development Project (EODP)-AF Contract Title: Supplying of 7 crane trucks (10 ton) for Al-Anbar and Kirkuk governorates.   Loan No: 87930-IQ RFB Reference No.: AF-G4-R1     1.      The Government of Iraq has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Emergency Operation for Development Project (EODP)- Additional Financing (AF), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract[1] for Supplying of 7 crane trucks (10 ton) for al-Anbar and Kirkuk governorate. 2.      The Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works (MCHMPW)/ Office of Externally Funded Projects now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supplying of 7 crane trucks (10 ton) for water, municipalities and western desert  directorates  of Al-Anbar governorate and  water directorate of Kirkuk governorate with delivery period (180-210) days from the date of signing the contract), CIP. A margin of domestic preference shall not apply. 3.      Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB)as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers under Investment Project Financing” dated July 2016, Revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”),and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.      Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works (MCHMPW)- Office of Externally Funded Projects, e-mail: [email protected]          and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:30 a.m to 14:00 p.m Baghdad local time (BLT)   at the address given below.   5.      The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of (USD 200). The method of payment will be by cash, and the Bidding Documents will be picked-up from the Office of Externally Funded Projects OEFP office address shown below.             For the International Bidders, there is also an option of purchase through money transfer and the Bidding Documents to be sent by e-mail. If required, the bidding document will be sent by e-mail upon:   Receipt of net amount of USD 200 through money transfer directly to our account bellow, excluded any additional cost regarding the money transfer. Late Bids will be rejected.
