Notice amendment 004 has been raised to extend the RFP closing date to October 27, 2020.

The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), Essential Services Contingency Reserve (ESCR), and Other Government Departments (OGD) have a requirement for the supply and delivery of Surgical Masks. The masks must be made in accordance with the specifications listed in the Request for Proposal. These items will be delivered to three main locations across the country; Toronto, Montréal, and/or the Calgary area.

FIRM QUANTITY: 137,000,000 units 

OPTION QUANTITY:
This requirement also includes optional quantities as per Canada’s needs. The options may be exercised within 2 years after the contract award date. The options can be exercised at Canada’s sole discretion.

DELIVERY
The delivery of the firm quantity must be completed by March 31, 2021. 

AWARD
Canada reserves the right to, and likely will, award multiple contracts. 

CANADIAN CONTENT
The requirement is limited to Canadian goods as per the solicitation documents.
