Your Proposal must be received by the ILO no later than 21 September 2021 at 10 AM, Geneva Time. Late bids shall be rejected. You may submit a Proposal to the ILO provided that your organization is qualified, able and willing to deliver the goods, works and/or services specified in this RFP. Participation in this RFP indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts (for Services) provided as a link. Any proposed modifications and/or reservations must be stated in your proposal and will be subject to further review before a contract can be concluded with you. Please note that non-conformity with the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts or the additional contractual conditions stated in section 2.6 can impact on the evaluation of a proposal. In addition, failure to comply with the requirements of this RFP and its Annexes may render a Proposal ineligible for consideration.
