INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ)

1. The RDTL – Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, National Procurement Directorate through Sustainable Agriculture Productivity Improvement Project (SAPIP), invites eligible companies in the following ITQ :

• Supply of Silos For Seed Producer Associations (MAF-SAPIP- GOODS-19/ Comp.4)
• Supply Office Equipment  (MAF-SAPIP- GOODS-20/ Comp.4)
• Supply Office Furniture  (MAF-SAPIP- GOODS-21/ Comp.4)

1. The ITQ documents may be obtained at address as specified in item no. 3 of this letter
2. Bid shall submitted to : National Procurement MAF (PMU-SAPIP) Office -Comoro – DILI, on or before 12.00pm, 11 October 2021.
3. Late Bid : Bids received after the above time and date shall not be considered.
