FMV har fått i uppdrag av Försvarsmakten att teckna nytt ramavtal för simulatorutbildningar på ombudsnivå 3 för FMS100 Saab 340B. Nuvarande ramavtal löper ut 2021-06-30. För att Försvarsmakten ska kunna fullgöra sina åtaganden måste kompetensförsörjningen säkerställas och ett nytt avtal avseende simulatorutbildning behöver tecknas från och med 2021-07-01. Utbildningarna är ämnade för att certifiera Försvarsmaktens besättningar för Saab 340B. Flottan består av fyra (4) flygplan som nyttjas för militärt ändamål.Upphandlingen innefattar, men begränsas inte till:- Kompetenskontroll (PC/OPC), - Type Rating Saab 340B - Trafikflygarcertifikat kontroll (ATPL skill check)För att Försvarsmakten ska kunna erhålla godkända certifieringar måste en så kallad full flight simulator (FFS) som är EASA certifierad, användas i utbildningen. Simulatorn ska kunna användas med (wet-lease) och utan (dry-lease) personal. Planerad total avtalstid inklusive optioner beräknas uppgår till sju (7) år; 3+2+2. Prisökning bedöms uppgå till maximalt 5% per år.
