The provider must submit three (3) samples of fuel can without labels and with the defined securing pin according to the technical specification (enclosure A1.2 of the tender documents), in a standard color, if possible in the defined color RAL 6014 (yellow-olive).

The provider confirms the unrestricted acceptance of the contract according to enclosure A1 of the tender documents, exclusive article 11 but including annex I general terms and conditions (GTC) of the Confederation for the procurement of goods (enclosure A1.1 of the tender documents) and annex III technical specifications (enclosure A1.2 of the tender documents).

Essential requirements:The contractor shall award this contract only to bidders who comply with the conditions stipulated in the tender documents and the legislation, in particular occupational health and safety regulations, rules on working conditions, equal pay regulations, as well as environmental law, competition law and anti-corruption provisions.

Procedures for appeal:In accordance with Article 56 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), a written appeal against this decision can be lodged with the Federal Administrative Court, P.O. Box, 9023 St. Gallen, Switzerland, within 20 days of notification. Any appeal is to be submitted in duplicate and must include what is being sought, the grounds for appeal, evidence and the signature of the person lodging the appeal or his or her representative. A copy of this decision and available evidence must be included. The provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) on legal holidays do not apply in accordance with Article 56 paragraph 2 of the PPA.

Deadline / Remarks: • The offer is sealed with a clearly visible note: "Fuel can. Envelope must not be opened". • If submitted by post The written offer must be delivered to the Swiss Post Office (date of postmark) at the latest on the last day of the deadline. • For delivery at the administrative centre Guisanplatz 1, Bern The provider must register at the area lodge. He will be forwarded to the ramp management. The offer must be submitted no later than the last day of the period against issue of a confirmation of receipt. The ramp management is manned from Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 15:30 and Friday from 07:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 15:00 (no offer can be submitted outside these times). • For delivery to a diplomatic or consular representation When submitting the offer to a Swiss diplomatic or consular representation abroad, the provider is obliged to send an acknowledgement of receipt from the relevant representation by e-mail to the address of the procurement office at the latest on the last day of the deadline.
