Description of renewals:

Un contrat sera conclu avec le soumissionnaire retenu, qui débutera en principe le 1er mars 2022, sous réserve du bon déroulement de la présente procédure. Il sera conclu pour une durée initiale de trois ans, renouvelable tacitement d'année en année sauf résiliation par les parties 6 mois à l'avance, mais dont la durée totale ne dépassera pas 5 ans. Il pourra toutefois être prolongé d'une année supplémentaire à la demande exclusive du client.
