Description of Work:
The CRTC is an independent public authority in charge of regulating and supervising Canadian broadcasting and telecommunications. It serves the public interest and is governed by the Broadcasting Act and the Telecommunications Act. The CRTC is responsible for and has the authority of regulating and supervising all aspects of the Canadian broadcasting system, as well as regulating telecommunications carriers and service providers.
The Informatics Division is responsible for providing first and second level support for all of the CRTC's IT equipment. In addition, the Informatics division is responsible for providing software support typically office automation software and collaboration software, to the CRTC's staff.
Help Desk Specialists will offer level 1 and level 2 support services in both official languages during the defined service hours.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
The work is currently being performed by Cistel under contract (value $1,158,000.00)
