The Accelerated Growth Service (AGS) within Innovation Canada has adopted Salesforce Customer relationship management (CRM) for managing relationships with Canadian businesses and for tracking the progress of AGS service engagements with these businesses.

As the AGS Salesforce implementation has evolved and the product team’s practices have matured, we are seeking an experienced coordinator to effectively manage operational activities related to qualifying, validating and rolling out product features and enhancements, coordinating change requests through the change management process and guiding user support issues through the appropriate resolution channels. In addition, as required the incumbent will coordinate other business and technical initiatives.
