The State Agency on Forestry under the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Regional Development of the Kyrgyz Republic The WB Integrated Forest Ecosystem Management Project Implementation Unit  announces a tender for a vacant position  Consultant- Technical Engineer Qualification requirements: Higher education in engineering (hydraulic engineering, industrial or, civil engineering); Management and supervision of the contracts for construction of infrastructure facilities, minimum 3 years; Deep knowledge of design and estimate documentation and ability to develop technical specifications; A qualification certificate to provide appropriate engineering services; Experience as an engineer in investment projects funded by international donor organizations for at least 3 years; Knowledge of the requirements and procedures for supervision of construction works in accordance with legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the principles of maintaining relevant documentation for them; Good knowledge of construction norms and standards (SNiP and GOST); Good skills with the Microsoft Office software package; Communication skills, oral and written in Kyrgyz and Russian. Duration of the contract The duration of the contract is 12 months with 2-months’ probation period.
