The purpose of this Request for Proposals for Services (“RFPS”) is to invite proposals for Telemarketing Fundraising Specialist Support Consultancy.  Both Companies and Individuals are invited to submit proposals. 

Activities include but are not necessarily limited to the following tasks:

• Mapping existing best practices in Country Office Telemarketing Campaigns.
• Identify telemarketing campaigns areas in need of further Specialist Support. Develop a plan to tackle these areas.
• Draft training tools for enhancing training of Country Office fundraisers and telemarketing staff
• Design a key charity/agency payment model for the mutual benefit of UNICEF’s Country Offices and Telemarketing Agencies.
• Ensure UNICEF Country Office staff and the Telemarketing Agency are tracking the correct KPIs in their Telemarketing campaigns.
• Where appropriate review activities of in-house telemarketing teams and make recommendations to in-house managers to help optimize their team performance and enhance the donor experience.

The consultancy is expected to be fully completed with a seven-week period, starting mid-January 2018.
