Description:: The place of acceptance of the supplies shall be Mater Dei Hospital Msida, Malta. This is a period contract and the Supply of Scalen Guard 50M04, will be ordered as and when required by the Department against the issue of a purchase order. The time-limits for delivery of the each consignment shall be of quantity three hundred (300) kg in 25 kg containers of the ordered quantities within fifteen (15) working days from the receipt of the purchase order. This contract is for a period of three (3) years extended for a further period of 6 months or for the total contract value of €12,000.00 excluding VAT whichever is the earlier. The INCOTERM2000 applicable shall be Delivery (Duty Paid).
