The time-limits for delivery of the each consignment shall be not later than 4 weeks from the receipt of the confirmation of order. This contract is for a period of three (3) years extended to further period of 6 months or for the total contract value of €16,000.00 excluding VAT whichever is the earlier. The INCOTERM2000 applicable shall be Delivery (Duty Paid).
