Bidders’ online meeting:

Bidders are invited to online meeting via Microsoft Teams that will be held on Wednesday 10 March 2021 at 11.00 AM (Amman Time).
Deadline for sending your confirmation on participation is on 7 March 2021 at 13:00 PM (Amman Time), otherwise the bidder will not invited to the meeting.

Bids are required to be received by UNRWA no later than Sunday 11 April 2021 at 13:00 PM (Amman Time) (the Closing Time).

Bid should be downloaded through In-Tend via UNGM, in the ‘Tender Management’ page, please select the ‘ITB documents’ menu tab, scroll down until the section ‘Tender documents received’ and download all.

Deadline for Request for Clarifications is on Wednesday 17 March 2021 at 13:00 PM (Amman Time)

When preparing the Proposals, bidders may contact in writing the Procurement Section of the Central Support Services Division, UNRWA Headquarters Amman through e-mail to [email protected] or through In-Tend via UNGM using the “Correspondence” function no later than Wednesday 17 March 2021 at 13:00 PM (Amman Time) to request for clarifications on the tender.

Deadline for Sending the Acknowledgement Letter (Annex B) is on Wednesday 17 March 2021 at 13:00 PM (Amman Time)
