Tenders are invited from suitably licenced contractors for the demolition of a house and associated structures to facilitate construction of the Newell Highway Upgrade – New Dubbo Bridge. 

Tenderers must have a minimum Restricted Demolition Licence DE2 or higher. 

Generally, the work under this contract involves the demolition of a residential cottage and several associated structures including removal and disposal of all waste from the site. 

More specifically the work under this contract includes:

• Preparation of a demolition work plan 

• Disconnection and removal of utilities 

• Demolition of buildings and associated structures within the work      area 

• Removal of shrubs and weeds to level and tidy the site

• Removal and disposal of all demolition waste and rubbish at a licenced waste facility
