Tenders are invited for Vehicular Ferry Operation Services – Sydney/North Regions as per TfNSW General and Technical Specifications, for Statewide Maintenance & Delivery (SW M&D).

Tenderers may tender for one or both separable portions (Sydney or North Regions) in this Tender Package. TfNSW reserves the right to segregate the Services into two packages upon receipt of priced tenders and may award to two tenderers at its sole discretion.

A pre-tender meeting will be held for Sydney and North contracts at Wiseman Ferry Crossing at 12:00pm on Monday 7 March 2022. Attendance at the pre-tender meeting is mandatory in order to submit a conforming tender. Tender requirement and the General scope for both contracts will be explained at the Wisemans Ferry Crossing after the pre-tender meeting.

Interested tenderers are required to express their interest to attend pre-tender meeting by sending an email to Mohammad Rahman on the email address provided in the RFT for enquiries by close of business Thursday 3 March 2022.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
