This requirement is for Employment and Social Development Canada.

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 100018846 dated December 10^th, 2021 with a closing of January 17, 2022 at 2:00 EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Objective:

The Contractor will be responsible for the direct transportation of all Old Age Security files (OAS) from 1255 du Blizzard Street to the location 300 Rue de la Berge du Canal, Unit 10, Lachine, Québec. The Contractor must load the truck with all the boxes, ensure the safe transportation of the boxes (approximately 1350 boxes/per trip) as well as their return from 300 Rue de la Berge du Canal, Lachine, and unloading at the offices of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) at 1255 du Blizzard, 2nd floor, Quebec, in 3 phases.

The Contractor must have a Protected B certification. The bidder will need to provide proofs/certificates for document transport authorizations Protected B/Secure form. A copy of the proofs/certificates must be provided at bid submission that can be obtained at: https://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/esc-src/index-fra.html. If the bidder cannot meet with the request the bidder will be escorted by a Security Escort provided by the Government of Canada. 

Proposed period of contract:

The contract period is estimated to be for date of contract award to November 14, 2022 inclusive.
