7.Contract description:

The purpose of this contract is to build the capacity of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock (MoFAL) required to carry out regulatory impact assessment and to support the conduct of an impact assessment of the introduction of a decoupled agricultural support policy in Turkey in accordance with the EU approach. In this respect, the contractor will provide services/activities as regards:
— reviewing RIA legislation of Turkey and adjustment of those legislations to agricultural sector,
— preparation of RIA guidelines and procedures and performing a sample RIA analysis,
— analysing and reporting the differences between Turkish and EU support mechanisms.
