II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Supply of new Metro trainsets, 5 coaches each, including spare parts and consumables, equipment and tools for maintenance, repair and related services, up to a total budget of euro 45 (forty five) million, exclusive of sales taxes and customs duties.

The new Metro trainsets, 5 coaches each, associated goods and related services are as follows:

- New Metro trainsets, 5 coaches each (two head and three middle vehicles), bi-directional (i.e. with a driving cab at each end) and a maximum length of 96+1/0 metres;

- a set of mandatory spare parts and consumables, a set of workshop tools and equipment for maintenance and repair of Metro trainsets;

Incoterm Delivery conditions: EXW for goods from within the Purchaser country; CIP (border or port) for goods from outside the Purchaser country;

• Tenders are invited for one lot.

• Delivery period is 150 weeks after receipt of the advance payment.
