If you are interested in submitting a Proposal in response to this RFP, please prepare your Proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this RFP and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Proposals 5th November 2019 (12:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time) OR 2:30 AM EST set out in Bid Data Sheet. The Preproposal Meeting will be held on 29th October 2019 at 11 AM in the office of UNDP 7th Floor, Serena Business Complex, Islamabad.

You may also utilize the “Accept Invitation” function on or before Tuesday, 29th October 2019 [12:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time OR 3:30 AM EDT] in e-Tendering system, where applicable.
