Description

Overview :

Dear Sir/Madam;

UNDP Syria will launch e-Tendering in September 2018, which effectively means that gradually paper based submissions of bidding documents will be phased out and UNDP Syria will use in future the Atlas e-Tendering System. All procurement processes will be conducted using the ATLAS e-Tendering system (https://etendering.partneragencies.org).

Through the functionalities offered in the module, bidders can screen the bidding events, participate and submit the offer, and see awarded contract automatically through the ATLAS system.

Interested bidders and current vendors of UNDP Syria are strongly encouraged to register at the e-Tendering Portal at: https://etendering.partneragencies.org. In future, interested bidders and current vendors of UNDP Syria that have not registered on the e-Tendering portal MUST register in order to be able to prepare and submit bids to UNDP Syria.

How to register?

Please note that procurement processes are conducted through the online tendering system of UNDP. Bidders who wish to submit an offer must be registered in the system. If already registered, sign in using your username and password. Use “Forgotten Password” link if you do not remember your password. Do not create a new profile. If you have never registered in the system before, you can register by visiting the link below and follow the instructions provided in the user guide for bidders in the document attached:

https://etendering.partneragencies.org

Username: event.guest

Password: why2change

Please note:

1- It is strongly recommended to create your username with two parts, your first name and last name separated by “.”, similar to the one shown above.

2- Once registered you will receive a valid password to the registered email address which you can use for signing in and changing your password. You can participate in the bid event only if you have registered in the system.

Additional resource materials:

Interested bidders and current vendors can find attached to this notice two user guides in English and Arabic language which explains step by step how to register on the UNDP e-Tendering Portal.

The eTendering User Guide for Bidders instructs Bidders on the entire eTendering bidding process, from viewing events, registering bidder profiles, to managing and submitting bids, including also the recent enhancements UNDP made to the eTendering system.

As a supplement to the User Guide, two Video Guides for Bidders are available. The first video instructs bidders on how to register in the system or to activate an existing account, and the second video covers the bid submission process. These videos are available in English, French, Spanish and Russian. In addition, the videos can be viewed with Arabic or Chinese subtitles. Please note that these videos are not to be used as a replacement to the User Guide, which contains more detailed instructions for Bidders.

The eTendering User Guide documents and videos are made available to bidder in the UNDP public website in this link:
