We kindly request you to submit your Proposal to carry out the Digital Diagnostic Assessment for DRR & Recovery - Nepal for Comprehensive Disaster Risk Management Programme (CDRMP). The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) is attached as Annex 4.

Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal. 

Proposals may be submitted on or before 1700 hours (Nepal Standard Time), Sunday, March 21, 2021 and via email to [email protected].

While submitting your proposal by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files. Proposals submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 35 MB (each transmission), virus-free and no more than 6 email transmissions.  They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the proposals shall be rejected

The technical and financial proposals should be in separate email messages mentioning the following subject lines:

Technical Proposal: UNDP/RFP/08/2021- Technical Proposal- {Bidder’s Name}

Financial Proposal: UNDP/RFP/08/2021- Financial Proposal- {Bidder’s Name}   

Your Proposal must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 120 days.
