We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Travel Management Services to Parliament Support Project (PSP)/UNDP, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

This bidding exercise will result into Long Term Agreement for two years and subject to satisfactory performance of the service provider, it can be extended for additional one year.

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline.  Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.

There will be a pre-bid meeting being held in the UN House, Pulchowk, Lalitpur, Nepal on 02 October 2019 at 2:30PM. All interested bidders are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting.
