The UNICEF Belize office is looking to establish a Long-Term Arrangement (LTA) with LOCAL available suppliers/companies to supply an estimated 1,200 to 1,500 kits yearly for at least two (2) years. The expectation is the supplier will have the ability to prepare and deliver 400 emergency family hygiene/nutrition kits within 72 hours of a request. A Long-Term Arrangement will be established with the successful company and UNICEF Belize. This means, UNICEF Belize will place purchase orders against this LTA, and payment will be made locally to the supplier.

* Do note, LTAs are non-binding arrangements that do not constitute a commitment to buy or are set up as non-exclusive arrangements to enable the procuring entity to buy outside the LTA/LTAS (e.g. if market circumstances change and better offers exist outside the LTA/LTAS) in order to obtain the best value for money.
