The principal requirement is for the provision of insurance to cover all aspects of activities as required by a Registered Social Landlord as detailed in Appendix A.

The successful provider is expected to provide regular briefings and prompt updates on any changes to legislation or regulation that may have an impact and to attend quarterly review meetings with key personnel.
