Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is the lead beneficiary for the inspire operation across South West Wales and the Valleys and as such, has establish a collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to enable joint beneficiaries to engage with suitably experienced and qualified service providers, with a proven track record of working with young people aged 11-24 and are able to offer a range of outcomes and accreditations that will assist the learners in their future personal and social development, reduce their vulnerability and who can demonstrate progression and improvement in their attendance at school or college, behaviour and attainment.
