Notting Hill Genesis' Dynamic Purchasing System for Energy, as advertised via TED 2017/S 135-103256 on 17.3.2017 remains open for additional appointments. Suppliers wishing to apply for appointment to the DPS should download the application forms from the website and email the completed forms to [email protected]
Your request for appointment will be considered and you will be notified within ten days of the outcome of your applications.
Non Half Hourly Electricity

Notting Hill Genesis' Dynamic Purchasing System for Energy remains open for applications for appointment. Please complete and submit the application documents via email to [email protected]
To be appointed to the DPS electricity and gas suppliers must be registered with OFGEM. Firms wishing to be added should complete the application forms and submit them via email to [email protected]
Half Hourly Electricity
United Kingdom.
Half Hourly Electricity called off via a Dynamic Purchasing System. DPS to be open for 8 years from 19.4.2017 with the possibility of extension to 10 years. Potential value of category 1 and 2 combined between 3 000 000 GBP and 90 000 000 GBP per year.
Variants to the ITA will not be accepted but variants to the Call-Off arrangements are subject to the discretion of the Contracting Authority operating the Call-Off. The estimated value of the DSP over 8 years is between 40 000 000 GBP and 1 200 000 000 GBP. More details can be found in the Invitation to Apply document.
Natural mains Gas

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Only suppliers who are licenced shall be appointed to the DSP. Suppliers of electricity and/or gas must have a full supply licence obtained through the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (OFGEM) pursuant to the The Gas Act 1986 (as amended) and The Electricity Act 1989 (as amended). Suppliers of Water must hold water supply and/or sewerage licences (WSSL). Applicants who reasonable expect that they will hold a WSSL licence within 2 months of their application will be treated as if they had such a licence. However, they shall not be able to bid in any Call-Off unless they have the necessary licence.

The total DPS value of 40 000 000 — 1 200 000 000 GBP is the estimated potential value based on our evaluation of the market. However, the value of participation by the wider public and non-profit making sectors cannot be calculated accurately or guaranteed.
The Purchasing Authority reserves the ability to define the terms and conditions of Call-Off contracts at call for competition tender stage, subject to the terms of this proposed DPS.
