The purpose of this procurement is the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of teaching and/or tuition staff eligible for engagement by education authorities. Staff procured will support the education of vulnerable children who are in Councils corporate care. These could include children and young people in care, children on the roll of the local authority Virtual School, young people who are under Youth Offending Team orders or are being educated in a non-traditional setting due to circumstance or need.

The DPS will be open for throughout its duration and application to the DPS maybe made at any time during this period.

The purpose of this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is the provision of teachers for the support and education of vulnerable children including those in care, on the roll of a Virtual School, under Youth Offending Team orders or not in a traditional education setting.

This notice is for the advice of any teaching staff agency that considers itself able and appropriate to provide supply teaching staff, via the DPS, who would be eligible for engagement by education authorities for the purposes broadly outlined above.
