The procurement will lead to the establishment of a pre-approved list of suppliers for the provision of transport services (taxis and private hire), specifically Home to School Transport services for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

Suppliers will be appointed to the pre-approved list through an Accreditation and Enrolment Process and will be ‘Called-Off’ to deliver services As and when required through a dynamic purchasing system www.SProc.Net

All offers of services (routes) will be available and visible to all suppliers on www.SProc.Net
