This notice relates to the award of new entrants to to the Scotland Excel Flexible framework agreement for children’s residential care and education services including short breaks.
The flexible framework agreement was established in 2018 and is for the provision of high quality placements for children and young people who require residential care, care and education, education and short breaks and who may have a range of complex and challenging support needs.
The remaining duration of the flexible framework agreement will be for 2 years from 1 May 2020. The values shown reflect those estimates as advertised at the establishment of the framework.

(c) any Integration Authority, or other body, established pursuant to the Public Bodies (Joint Working)(Scotland)Act 2014;
(d) Any Scottish Registered Social Landlords listed on the public register of the Scottish Housing Regulator:

(e) Tayside Contracts;

The above is subject to each contracting authority entering into and maintaining a relevant membership agreement or other access agreement with Scotland Excel.
In line with clause 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, Contract and framework agreements may be modified without a new procurement procedure in accordance with this Part in some cases.
