Explanation:

UWS has an existing SIP trunk provided by BT. This contract involves the expansion of the existing SIP trunk by including the other campus phone numbers from Paisley and Ayr and adding a diverse route. If UWS were to change from BT to another supplier new lines would require to be installed followed by having to port both the SIP and the ISDN numbers from BT to another supplier.
