STH wishes to purchase an on-premise ophthalmic imaging management system which must allow the Ophthalmic Outpatient Diagnostic Department to run effectively and help improve efficiency, ensuring that the medical device databases used to capture the original images do not have to be used to review data. It is therefore integral to the success of the project that the new system has similar functionality.
