The Delivery Place of the goods is CIP MoWIE – Water development commission Warehouse in Addis Ababa. Bidders shall furnish documentary evidence that it meets the following requirement(s): Bidders must have undertaken at least 2(two) Contracts successfully completed each contract having an amount of US$ 2,800,000.00 (US$ Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand) with a similar Size, nature and complexity during the last 5 (five) years supported with names of clients, type and value of contracts.   Audited financial statements of the bidder for the last 5 (Five) years to confirm a minimum average annual turnover of US$ 4,500,000 (US$ Four Million Five Hundred Thousand). The bidder shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the cash flow requirement of US$ 900,000.00 (US$ Nine Hundred Thousand) net of the applicant's other commitments. Margin of preference is not applicable.
