Tender/Contract Reference No: 13095223: Upgrade of mechanical waste water treatment facilities (MWTF)

Scope Of Contract: “Upgrade of mechanical waste water treatment facilities (MWTF)” by decommissioning the existing mechanical treatment facilities for industrial rain wastewater at Atyrau Refinery, which do not provide the level of treatment required by the established standards, do not meet modern requirements set for technology, safety and environmental protection.
In order to replace obsolete equipment, as well as to achieve the required indicators of wastewater treatment, a modern technology for water purification and sludge treatment is proposed, which provides:
- increasing the productivity of mechanical treatment facilities;
- the required degree of wastewater treatment before discharge to the biological treatment unit;
- reduction of emissions into the atmosphere;
- reduction of the sediment volume;
- protection of soil and groundwater from the ingress of oily wastewater.
The capacity of mechanical treatment facilities after reconstruction should be 1,000 m³/hour.
