This is a Notice of Proposal in regards to a Bid solicitation against a PWGSC Supply Arrangement # E60HN-16ELEC/001/HN, E60HN-16ELEC/002/HN, E60HN-16ELEC/003/HN, E60HN-16ELEC/006/HN, E60HN-16ELEC/008/HN, E60HN-16ELEC/014/HN, E60HN-16ELEC/015/HN, E60HN-16ELEC/016HN, E60HN-16ELEC/017/HN, E60HN-16ELEC/018/HN, E60HN-16ELEC/020/HN, E60HN-16ELEC/022/HN, E60HN-16ELEC/023/HN, E60HN-16ELEC/025/HN, E60HN-16ELEC/029/HN and E60HN-16ELEC/031/HN for the supply of Various Electrical Hardware and Supplies.

Only pre-qualified Suppliers have been invited to bid.

As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement this notice is published on GETS for a period of 15 calendar days.

Suppliers that do not already hold a Supply Arrangement for the supply of various electrical hardware and supplies identified above with PWGSC cannot submit their bid.

Canadian Forces Joint Signal Regiment, located at Canadian Forces Base Kingston requires the delivery of the attached Electrical Hardware and Supplies.

Requested delivery date for the mentioned goods is 25 February, 2022.

The responsive Supplier already holding a Supply arrangement for the items mentioned above from Public Works and Government Services Canada with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for contract award.
