COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This Synopsis/Solicitation constitutes the only request for quotes for this requirement. This solicitation utilizes FAR Part 13 procedures. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
The solicitation document, FA8604-21-Q-B013, is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06. The associated NAICS code is 519130 and small business size standard is 1000.
The Department of the Air Force (DAF) Libraries require access to a Video Game Collection Development Point System providing video games to DAF Libraries including remote and isolated locations and DAF Base Library locations.
A number of CLINs are applicable to this effort. Access to the subscription (CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002) shall provide for twelve (12) months from 30 September 2021 to 29 September 2022. Access to CLIN 1001 shall provide for twelve (12) months from 30 September 2022 to 29 September 2023. The Air Force anticipates a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The relative importance assigned to each evaluation factor is not provided, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(a)(2). Comparative evaluations of offers will be conducted to determine which product is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
