The Government will conduct a best value procurement in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 considering price and other factors.

A one-time only site visit to ascertain site conditions will be conducted on 02/23/2022 at 10:00 A.M. ET. Face masks or face coverings are required when in the Federal Building. FPS does not supply face masks or face coverings.
