Only onesource and no other source will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to A-Team Solutions LLC. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because only one responsible source and no other source will satisfy agency requirements to non-personal services for the WAARNG.
