Tender Details

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the collection of Garden Organics and Bulky Waste.

 

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Date and Time of Compulsory Briefing

 

 

 

Only tenderers that are tendering for the Garden Organics Collection Service are required to attend the briefing

10:00 a.m. Tuesday 3rd December 2019

Kelso Waste Management Facility – 217 Bransgrove Road MILPERRA

 

Note: All attendees must carry a mobile phone and wear appropriate PPE including safety boots, hi-vis clothing or vest and long trousers. The entire Kelso site is non-smoking.

 

 

 

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.

 

In the event that Council deems, at its sole discretion, that an insufficient number of potential Tenderers have attended the site meeting to result in a competitive tender, Council reserves the right to open the tender process to any Tenderer and waive the compulsory briefing requirement.

 

No reliance is to be placed on any verbal information provided during this briefing.
