     Invitation for Bids   Date: 10 January 2022 Loan No. and Title: L3839-BAN: Skills for Employment Investment Program – Tranche 3 Contract No. and Title: WD-04:   Construction of a New Training Building & Renovation Works for Existing Training Workshops at BGTTC Deadline for Submission of Bids: 10 February 2022 at 14:00 hours BST   1.     The People’s Republic of Bangladesh has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Skills for Employment Investment Program-Tranche 3 and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.    2.     The Skills for Employment Investment Program–Tranche 3, Finance Division, Ministry of Finance (“the Employer”) invites bids from eligible Bidders for the Construction of a New Training Building & Renovation Works for Existing Training Workshops at BGTTC.   3.     National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.   4.     Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:   •       Contractual Experience: At least one (1) contract that has been successfully completed within the last five (5) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s completed works exceeds BDT185 million.
